Efficient, responsive, got the job done. Very grateful. When I had a run-flat tire go flat on a trip, Chelsea called me back as soon as the shop opened and immediately placed an order for the new tire and got me up and running ASAP. Her knowledge and efficiency were impressive, and I felt taken care of. Thank you, Chelsea.
Dave is a saint, pure and simple. I was in town for a week and the day before I was scheduled to leave, thought I had punctured the oil pan on my vehicle. Dave quickly put it on the lift and discovered that it wasn't punctured, but the folks who had performed an oil change hadn't tightened the oil filter properly (1,500 miles ago). Dave tightened it and crisis was averted. For any auto shop to do that on the spur of the moment is unheard of these days. I cannot express enough thanks and appreciation to Dave for that.
