I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to acknowledge Rob's exceptional service to me. I am staining my house, and it's the first time I've ever stained. I was at a local paint shop in Crested Butte after my first day of fumbling with staining with mixed results. I bumped into Rob, who graciously looked at the pictures of my project. He probably gave me 15 minutes of his time, answering many questions and offering to coach me if I had future questions. His input taught me a lot and gave me peace of mind.
