The prices were fair and affordable. The trainers and clients are absolutely wonderful, and the culture has such a beautiful familial bond. The workouts are fantastic for all athletic levels. There’s also a lot of great equipment you have access to for open gym.
This boutique style gym brings style and expertise to its attendees. Programming is educated and thoughtful, equipment is we’ll maintained and the people…. They’re beyond describable <3 if you’ve been wanting to change up your fitness perspective - this place is right for you
While vacationing in CB for Christmas, I was able to drop in on the Saturday after Christmas. Carrie Jo was Super accommodating! I had a great training session as well!Super clean and amazing layout of equipment. Highly recommend to athletes of any specialty!
