From beginning and through the whole process Kara and the team at CSI were great. We live in a community of 11 townhomes in Mayfair and they cleaned the lines and we needed to replace one of the sewer lines all together. They are going to be our team moving forward!!! Easy to communicate with. professional and quality work!
Damien saved the day! I had another plumbing company trying to charge me 15,500 for pipes they claim were broken and when I called CSI Damien said nothing was wrong with pipes. I almost cried because hardly any companies are honest it’s all about the money, but not with you guys! May God Bless you all.
Marisa and team were a godsend! Sewer failed at the main city line and was scrambling making calls to many companies-Marisa answered in the early morning hours on a Saturday. She was able to give me an estimate and was cost effective and she started scheduling the job that day! She got the permits pushed though super fast-she knew all the tricky things City of Longmont requires and knew the inspectors. Work started 5 days later!We had a major set back, the City was requiring a pothole of the line to make sure they missed the water main.
