“My husband, Terry, died July 25th. His dying process started July 21st and he was buried on our property on July 27th. I called Austin from Natural Funerals July 22nd and he took care of all the paperwork, death certificate, county permit approval, burial location coordinates, and dealt with all the logistics. When terry passed on Saturday morning, Austin came out with dry ice so we could keep him at home until the burial Monday night. Austin was here for the burial and guided us through every step of the way. I could totally be in the process of grief without having to worry about any details and it all happened within 6 days. I felt such a completion with the way my husband was buried on our land, as was his wishes. I am forever grateful for the hands on experience of his passing.”

Their attention to detail and the way they supported our family went far beyond what we could have expected.

They went above and beyond by organizing and personally being present for my dad’s military honor service the day before his Celebration of Life. Having them there meant more to our family than they will ever know. They helped make sure that my dad was honored with the dignity and respect he deserved.

What makes their care even more meaningful to us is that this was not our first experience with them. A year and a half ago, they helped our family through the loss of my brother, and they provided that same exceptional level of compassion and service then as well. To have them there for our family again during the loss of our dad was incredibly comforting.
