I am in the middle of busy season and need my laptop all day long. A hinge broke making it impossible to open and close the laptop. I needed it repaired asap. I brought the laptop to PC Brokers and received a quote for the repair. Since the laptop was still functional and usable, I took it home and got a call to bring it in once the parts were in. They jumped on it right away and the repair was finished in less than two hours. I would be without my laptop at least 10 days if I sent to Dell and still would have to pay for it since it was not covered as a accidental damage.
