My lap top had a bug and they d-bugged it. They were very nice and told me what they were doing, and the important things that were necessary for me to do myself. It didn't take any time and I was on my way. This is the second time I've gone to them, and I know I will go back to them if any future problems with my lap top.

Patrick from Keller IT Industries was a pleasure to work with. He doesn't rake you over the coals with price and he is easy to talk to. Many other computer repair shops want a lot and are socially weird while Patrick and associates are very nice and inviting. I had him help me with a miniature computer that I installed a flash system on. This task was very technical and difficult but Patrick was a fighter. He was humble but knew what he was doing and he was determined to get it to work. When certain programs were downloaded he made sure it was the most compatible program possible.
