Jordan did an awesome job with my gaming laptop. I was having serious performance and overheating issues, and he took the time to properly diagnose what was going on instead of just guessing. He replaced the old thermal material with PTM on my CPU and GPU, cleaned everything up, tested the system, and explained what he found.
The difference is huge. My games are running smooth again, my temperatures are much better, and the laptop is performing better than it has in a long time. Jordan kept me updated throughout the process and clearly knows what he’s doing. He even took extra time to help me with a couple of small things before I left.
Very much enjoyed being able to discuss the diagnostics of my device with jordan and the transparency that he gave with it, very straightforward good service was provided 🙌
