Absolutely perfect experience with PC Brokers. Polite, efficient, competent, reasonably priced and very considerate of client's time. I am in the middle of busy season and need my laptop all day long. A hinge broke making it impossible to open and close the laptop. I needed it repaired asap. I brought the laptop to PC Brokers and received a quote for the repair. Since the laptop was still functional and usable, I took it home and got a call to bring it in once the parts were in. They jumped on it right away and the repair was finished in less than two hours. This shop has truly gone above and beyond to rectify an issue with a recent repair. I'm very appreciative of their help in restoring my laptop and working with me patiently over many months to get it back into my hands.

Great customer service! I highly recommend PC Brokers. It was after 5:00 p.m. and was having a computer issue. Took my computer by the store and they immediately gave the time to explain a quick fix for the problem. Very knowledgeable people! I have been a customer over the years. Thank you PC Broker!
