Awesome and friendly. He knows his field on any computer. He can pin point what's wrong and need to be done with decent price / affordable price, Not like any other computer geek. Highly recommended!

Richard set up my new computer, including printers and all my apps, and Office 365 downloaded perfectly. He was so easy, very responsive, and accommodating setting up an appointment as I was anxious to get all of the updated programs to allow me to continue working remotely. I would never have been able to do all of that myself.
