Shane was amazing to work with! Kept us up to date on the progress of the job and communicated when there would be project delays. I never had to wonder what was going on which was a breath of fresh air!
Shane helped out on a rental property that I have in the springs where I was not able to meet. He was very informative on material selections and very responsive to my needs while I could not be on site I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Chuck is amazing! I schedule with the office and he always shows up and gets the job done. I have been a property manager for over 20 years and he is by far the best carpet tech out there! Venturi is amazing to work with as well! If you have after hours emergencies they are there to get you all cleaned up. Chuck will follow up until you are dry.
