I’ll give them an extra star for being open on Sunday. However, the igniter he sold me at a 200% markup and assured me would work in my furnace was in fact too short and did not work. Everything is working great now that I contacted a real heating technician who provided the correct part. When I provide my furnace model to an HVAC professional and they provide a part, I don’t want to have to question whether the part is compatible. Luckily, I was preemptively informed that there would be no returns even if it didn’t fit. Almost like he knew it wouldn’t. Very disappointed. I called for an appointment on Aug 29 and was told the service people would be there by 3 o’clock on Aug 30th to fix my air conditioner. When no one showed up by 3:30 I called and them and ask why. the receptionist and said that they decided not to take any new customers. It would have been nice if she would have called me back it told me that when I made the appointment so I could call a different company and not sit in a 90• house waiting for them. I called Hawks air and they were here within an hour.
