Landow is truly an amazing place. I am a 63 year old woman with hip, back and knee challenges. This place has been my savior and has literally made me feel good and become functional again! In addition to rehabbing me following both a hip and knee replacement, I have gotten toned with strength training. I literally take my bands on every trip and train virtually when I cannot make it into the facility. I highly endorse Landow as my go to for long term health!

This is an amazing facility for all ages. Our kids are in 5th and 6th grade and we're definitely going back. They build fundamental skills and they get a great workout. The coaches are fun but put them to work!
