“I had a craniosacral therapy session with Sam at Step Out of Time Massage and Bodywork in Parker, and it was a really powerful experience.

I came in to better understand what might be going on in my system as I prepare for CS2 training, and the session helped bring awareness to a few areas I want to explore further—specifically what felt like a blockage around my shoulder. The work itself is very subtle, but I experienced clear physical releases along with a deep sense of relaxation.

At times, it felt like everything around me dropped away and I was just present with myself at a very deep level. It’s hard to put into words, but there was a strong sense of stillness and connection throughout the session.

Afterward, I felt noticeably more relaxed, calm, and mentally clear. I’m still processing the session, as this kind of work can continue to unfold over the next couple of days.

Sam has a very calm, grounded presence and creates a space that allows you to fully settle into the work. The environment is clean, welcoming, and supportive of the experience.

As someone who is also training in this work, I have a deep appreciation for the level of skill and presence this requires, and Sam does it very well.

1. Transparent pricing. No arbitrary decisions when you pay your bill. It's all online.
2. Very clean.
3. Nice front staff.
4. Skilled stylists.

Otherwise, the stylists need to try being a bit more warm and friendly. Also, please slow down. Twice now I've gotten stylists who are trying to multitask.“
