“Just had my first massage here, a 60 minute body massage with Tina, the pressure and focus on each area was wonderful. I have knots in my shoulers and while she did work on them with pointed pressure, it was over the whole massage, so they didn't start to ache or hurt right at the start. She checked in throughout the whole time and asked about pressure and areas of focus. The whole session was a good price, I'm thinking of getting massages more often to keep my shoulder knots at bay, and think going here will be just the solution. Very highly recommend“

“I had a craniosacral therapy session with Sam at Step Out of Time Massage and Bodywork in Parker, and it was a really powerful experience.

I came in to better understand what might be going on in my system as I prepare for CS2 training, and the session helped bring awareness to a few areas I want to explore further—specifically what felt like a blockage around my shoulder. The work itself is very subtle, but I experienced clear physical releases along with a deep sense of relaxation.

At times, it felt like everything around me dropped away and I was just present with myself at a very deep level. It’s hard to put into words, but there was a strong sense of stillness and connection throughout the session.

Afterward, I felt noticeably more relaxed, calm, and mentally clear. I’m still processing the session, as this kind of work can continue to unfold over the next couple of days.

Sam has a very calm, grounded presence and creates a space that allows you to fully settle into the work. The environment is clean, welcoming, and supportive of the experience.

As someone who is also training in this work, I have a deep appreciation for the level of skill and presence this requires, and Sam does it very well.
