I was helped today by James from Meyers heating and air-conditioning in Boulder. He was terrific. He fixed the problem why our furnace was not going on. He then advised us of appropriate maintenance which we had not been doing. More than that he spent time explaining the unique features of our furnace, and how the way we were trying to save money by turning the temperature down at night, or when we were gone was a bad idea. We have a gas forced air furnace. We also have a condensing furnace. That second mention captures heat out of the exhausting air by capturing moisture. This raises the efficiency of our furnace significantly, from the 70's percentile to 98 percentage efficient. Lastly James was way helpful with our costs today. We really appreciate him and want him to come back for maintenance.
