Five stars are not enough stars for Dalen! He is so friendly and so knowledgeable. For months, the management at our apartment complex has hired several companies to find and repair the problem of the AC unit that feeds the hallways. Several of those companies just gave up trying to find the problem….until yesterday when Dalen found the problem! Now the repairs begin. But finding the problem and explaining it all with easy to understand information was HUGE! Thank you Dalen for your persistence and dedication. Five million stars!
We contacted Timberline Mechanical yesterday afternoon. Emily was extremely friendly, and set us up for next day, early morning maintenance and repairs. Nick Norrod was very personable, prompt, knowledgeable, and was able to repair our commercial AC unit within two hours of arriving! He even had to leave/ come back with the part needed!!
