I had Save Home Heat do a hardwired EVSE (electric vehicle charger) install and add a 120V outlet in my garage. The electrician was very helpful, and was patient with all of my questions. Work was done neatly and professionally. I would definitely use SHH again.
I've used Save Home Heat for multiple projects in the last couple of years. They've always been courteous, professional, and done good work. But my most recent interaction really puts them over the top in terms of exemplary service. Very briefly, there was an unexpected problem with a previous project and they went above and beyond to make it right and stand by their work. I've always said that the real test of any company is how they respond when something doesn't go as planned (after all, it's easy to be magnanimous when everything is coming up roses! Save Home Heat has installed both a minisplit system and a ceiling fan for us in the past 2 months. Both jobs were completed creatively and quickly for the estimated price. Employees were all friendly and competent.
