Susan Puckett, PA-C was efficient and gave me thorough, kind and intelligent advice on how to help the condition she diagnosed. I was a bit panicked when I went in, but left feeling like I have a plan and I’ll get through it.

BMC is my go-to place for all things medical. Excellent PCPs as well as Urgent Care and Pharmacy. I have been going here for 30 years, and care has also been excellent over the years.

I cannot praise Dr. Kreidl and his medical assistant, Lina, enough for the outstanding care they provided to my father. Dr. Kreidl's approach to patient care is truly remarkable. He took the time to thoroughly listen to my father's concerns, patiently answering every question and ensuring he fully understood his diagnosis and treatment options. His depth of knowledge and ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and empathetic manner instilled confidence in both my father and our family.
