Felt like I was being talked down on and made to feel stupid for coming in. Went in due to a herniated disc that was acting up, and I was in severe pain. I didn't necessarily need too much help but needed a doctors note for my job, and I really was in very intense pain. The doctor spent no more than a minute examining me before I was told it was solely muscular even though multiple other doctors have confirmed a herniated disc after many assessments and screenings. And then given a spongebob sticker. I'm 23 years old.
Thanks to the fast, efficient ,and skillful work of the Boulder Urgent Care receptionist and Urgent Care nurse, Dr. Krueger was able to clean, numb, and stitch up a badly cut and bleeding finger in a short period of time. I very much appreciate their professionalism and concern.
I visited BMC urgent care today to get an eye checked out due to mild inflammation/irritation that I was concerned might be getting worse. Front desk staff was friendly and staff were great. Stacie Mccally was the Nurse Practitioner and could not have been more helpful. She offered excellent communication about what is going on and an overall friendly disposition. I have been to MBC urgent care many times over the years for kids and myself and I can't recall a negative experience we've ever had there. Thanks to you all!
