Relax. You've found the right place. Bob and his crew are excellent—and they're honest. Liz in reception is very nice. I got estimates from multiple places and even though I hadn't yet signed a contract with Circulating Air, Bob took the time to explain to me why the other bids (from Cooper and DNI) were actually terrible. It turned out they were offering me about 25% less for 25% more.

The install took less than a day. When I had a problem with the AC keeping the house cool, they promptly came out and fixed it (turns out it was a manufacturer instruction error about how much refrigerant to add.)

It is stressful when you're about to drop 18K on a big project—particularly if you don't know anything about HVAC and are ripe for being ripped off.

Go with Circulating Air. You won't be sorry. Also, if you're contemplating going with a place that offers financing, don't. Try to get a HELOC or other sort of bank loan. It ends up being cheaper.
