Water Heater Installation Repair in Aurora

“This company (Allen) charged me $320.25 and $89.00 dispatch and diagnostic fee, totaling to $408.25 to tell me they don't know what is wrong with my water heater. In addition, came up with some mumbo jumbo theory or story about pipe diameter which in fact is not the problem. In conclusion, they charged me $408.25 for a misdiagnosis. This company should not have charged me if they did not know. However, they did issue a refund for the diagnostic fee.“

“I was able to use their Services 2 times in one month.

First, I had a drip leak from our Pressure Regulating Valve attached to our main water line in our basement. Luther was able to come out and fix this within an hour once he had the right parts. Since then that issue has been resolved and the water pressure in the home remained at an ideal level.

Second, the drainage PVC from our 2nd floor bathroom sink began having a drip leak, enough to have a small area of the drywall and pain bubble. Luther was able to come in within 24 hours of contacting him and fixing this issue with 2 hours.

I would recommend his services to anyone. Thus far he is 2 for 2 in leaks in my home.
