I found John to be very forthright and transparent throughout the entire process. He does a great job of walking you through exactly what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. It was refreshing to know that you were paying for good work and work that needed to be done rather than second guessing the random “necessary” up-sales that have become so common with other commercial providers.
John quickly diagnosed where the bad smell in my kitchen sink was coming from and just as quickly fixed the problem. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Because it didn’t take long he also cleared my bathroom sink drain for the same price. I will call John again for any of my plumbing or drainage problems.
