I am so pleased to be writing this review about Simplified Restoration and the excellent service I received during the restoration of my home. While I was out in California for a few days, the main water line in my upstairs bathroom broke. It ran for many hours before it was discovered by a neighbor. My first response when I got the call was panic. Then I called to get an emergency plumber to my home, and then called the insurance company who sent out an emergency water restoration group. That took several days. While that was going on, I started looking for a construction company who would be able to come in and restore my home…it was badly damaged with the finished basement destroyed. The upstairs took a big hit too; especially, my bathrooms kitchen and floors, and much more. I called a friend who was also in construction and told him what had happened. He immediately recommended Simplified Restoration and said they could do this job. They were called and TJ the owner, and Sherika, project manager, and my friend came to my home to assess the damage. When they got to my home TJ did a thorough inspection of my home and showed me all the things that would have to be done. He was so knowledgeable and confident in his assessment I knew then they were the ones I wanted restoring my home. Hiring SR was the best decision I could have ever made. The subcontractors that were brought in to rebuild or restore every part of my home were outstanding. They all were professional, knowledgeable, and when I came around they made sure I knew what they were doing. They took a lot of pride in their work and the finished project showed it. The customer service that TJ, the owner and Sherika the project manager and those they hired was outstanding. They made sure I was getting what I wanted and needed. They paid close attention to all the details and the communication between us was always positive and direct. I could call them and ask questions or have a concern and it was always addressed. I really appreciated the times when I was having a hard time deciding that TJ would step in and make things happen in a very positive way. Just seemed to know what was needed next!! When the work was complete, I moved back into a beautiful home that was far better than what it was when I first moved here. I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and caring they were. Their integrity showed in every aspect of the restoration of my home. I have already recommended them to my family and friends, and I will continue to do so every chance I get. I cannot imagine any better team/company to work with. Absolutely the only roofing company I’d use moving forward. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in the process. Workmanship is excellent too!
