I had a great experience working with UB Code Roofing. Before contacting them, I had already received opinions from two other roofing companies, and both told me I needed a partial roof replacement on one of my investment properties. Needless to say, I was preparing for a very expensive repair.
When the team at UB Code came out, they took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and gave me a completely different assessment. They explained that a partial replacement wasn’t actually necessary and recommended a much more reasonable solution that addressed the real issue instead of trying to sell me a bigger job.

I had an unknown, vertical leak on the Master bedroom ceiling. I just had an HVAC company out, and they told me it was the roof. Cynthia and her team were thorough, communicative and a breath of fresh air. She took the time and spoke to me/gathered all the details. Then, someone came out who was just as kind and extremely thorough! He found where it could be leaking and made sure I understood. The team then sent me a detailed report with pictures. I’m very thankful for Cynthia and her team! Highly recommend this team!
