“This five stars is shout out for Emily, the Lab technician works there. She is absolutely awesome.

I had some issue with the new glasses I ordered, and she was really knowledgeable and patient with me to get it right. She adjusted my frame for more than 20 times to make sure I feel comfortable with them. I don't like to be a trouble to others, so a lot of time when I feel people are impatient with me I stop asking. But she was really gentle and really nice. She made sure I am comfortable and made sure issue could be fixed. Thank you Emily.“
