I want to thank Rene for her help today. She is the new site manager and has literally been the first person that has sincerely helped me. She gave me some news today that truly upset me and I said things to her she did not deserved. I told her I was upset and I just need someone to listen to me real quick and It wasn’t her fault, and then I went into a rant. Even after everything I said she still offered to help after listening and I really appreciate it. Thank you, Rene, for listening to me vent. I am sorry you are the one that had to handle me ?. I still think Massage Envy policies have a long way to go, however having a good staff helps.

My favorite location! Will be coming here for the rest of my life. Edwin always does such an amazing job. I work full-time; go to the gym and a mom. When my body aches I come here and come out feeling like a new person. Great place to go with professionals!

My experience with Massage Envy was okay, but the place felt corporate to me with scripted massage which I guess is good given the high turn over in therapists. I went there for about a year and had a new therapist every time except once. I doubt I'll ever go there again as I prefer a more personal experience for this kind of work.
