I had a problem with my Chimney Concrete Cap and I contacted Daniel Fraser to get his opinion on how to repair it. He came over looked at the cap and gave me pricing which was fair and explained how he would rebuild it with a timeline to complete the job. He showed up on time and completed the work with a new concrete cap and underlayment. The work was done in a professional manner and for the amount that was quoted. I booked Dan for a chimney cleaning, thinking our old house would certainly need one. He examined it and told us it wasn't necessary. He was kind and professional and took the time to inspect it and explain to us all about our 100yr+ chimney. We've been in our house for 10yrs and never even used it because we were afraid to know what was up there. But I'm so excited to know we can now safely use our chimney, especially now that we're home all the time!
