I had a problem with my Chimney Concrete Cap and I contacted Daniel Fraser to get his opinion on how to repair it. He came over looked at the cap and gave me pricing which was fair and explained how he would rebuild it with a timeline to complete the job. He showed up on time and completed the work with a new concrete cap and underlayment. The work was done in a professional manner and for the amount that was quoted. DO NOT HIRE DAN. This guy is a smooth talker who no-shows, is always late, has excuses, and above all does incredibly sloppy work. My finished tile literally looks like a 3 yr old grouted it. Read reviews across the internet and you’ll see this common theme. He also cut shelves too short and filled in gaps with caulk! He also took the $ and said he’d be back to finish and he’s nowhere to be found. He sucks!

I had a pellet stove serviced. The work was thorough and I was educated on important topics I hadn't realized I should know about. I really appreciated the friendliness and great work. Will definitely use again.
