I have been a patient for over 15 years . Dr.Sanders is patient and always goes above and beyond to get me the best care and glasses/contacts. The ladies up front are the best. Today my glasses were adjusted and she hooked me up with new lenses because mine were scratched. All for free and they fit me in. Thank you for offering amazing care.
I took my mother for her 9am appointment, and even tho we were 20 min late they graciously accepted us. We got a little lost at the complex, looking for the right office, but we apologized for being late. Everyone was kind and courteous. Dr Sanders was thorough and considerate, since my mother is hard of hearing. He helped her to save by using her old frames and we dispensed with the antiglare coating. We were very pleased and recommend his office
I didn't have any issues here like some others were stating. Actually, the receptionist opened 30 minutes before they were supposed to do my daughter could pick up her glasses due to tight scheduling on our end for the day.
