They were able to send a technician out to my house the same day as me calling in. They scheduled a time that worked for me and were very helpful. The repairman was very professional and intelligent. This place is the best place to purchase appliances. For sure. You can talk to real people, get real answers, they have good selection, and when the chips are down thier service is top notch. I just renovated a house from the bottom up and after using lots of vendors in a difficul supply chain era there are more than a couple I would never go back to, but A1 appliance would be my first call. They have a loyal customer after all thier help, and prices that are definitely on the low side. I wish all businesses ran as well as A1 Appliance. Great people.

This is the only company that even CONSIDERED working on our Samsung machines. We got a quick response and service sooner than expected. Fast and efficient! Our Technician was Salvador. He fixed our dryer and is coming back for the washer due to a part we had to order. He gave us cheaper options of parts and was very thorough. He took his time to explain everything that was wrong and why. I can clearly understand and see the parts that needed to be replaced. 10/10 Will use this service again! Thank you!
