What a refreshing experience. These folks answered my call the first try. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. They went back to the office and called me back with the estimate, which was about 2/3 of the cost of a new washing machine. We decided to get a new machine, based on the cost of the repairs being that close to the purchase price of a new unit. I really appreciate the honesty and straight talk I received from SK, really good stuff. I will not hesitate calling them in the future, having honest repair folks are hard to find.Service: Washer/dryer repair

Absolutely love them. They have always been very honest and have great prices. My only complaint is, their answering machine is always full and they seldom answer the phone. Other then that, they are always upfront about what is wrong with your appliance, they always have it done when they say and they never try to sale you something you don't need.

Knowledge and experience can only be acquired one way: by doing the same thing for a long time. The people I talked to on the phone had both, and solved my problem with residential AC.
