Very knowledgeable repair professionals, who know how to treat customers with respect, honesty, and kindness. They clearly want to develop long term relationships with their customers. This is the best example of a well run small business i have experienced anywhere. I never feel ripped off. The employees each seem to be persons of integrity. Other businesses should use this Shad Vacuum Shop as a model for long term profits and stability. They have my business for as long as I am in this area.

This man is so helpful and his shop is exactly what you would think it is he not only had the vacuum bags are needed for a very old vacuum cleaner that I bought but he also took a look at it cleaned it out and fixed apart inside of it and only charged me $5 for both the part and the bag and the work he's currently fixing my regular vacuum cleaner and he's being exceptionally kind letting me keep it there until I get my money together to pick it up if you need anything vacuum related your vacuum is fixed to find that certain piece that you need this is a place to go and he is such a sweet man
