Lost power to a gate in Mt. Shasta. Several electrical contractors determined we had a break in the line from the electrical panel to the gate and quoted between $8000 to $13,000 to run a new line. Kurt came out and tested the circuit breaker first and in the process of testing under load, discovered a lost neutral in the transformer. Pacific Power fixed the lost neutral at no charge. It would have been a sad day to run a new line and find we still had no power to the gate. Cannot say enough good things about Kurt, he is punctual, professional and a cut above the rest. Clio is a pleasure to deal with in the call center. Great company all around!

Kudos to Siskiyou Plumbing. At 3:15 on a Friday we had a faucet break on an outdoor pipe and water was going everywhere . I called SP and by 3:40 we had a service tech (Gabe) at the house. He was very pleasant, replaced the faucet and was done by 4:00. We have used SP for years and have never had a negative experience. I have been using siskiyou plumbing and electric for quite some time now. from the nice ladies who answer the phone to the guys they send out on the service calls....I could not ask for better!! awesome folks and excellent results every time. usually get the job done same day I call for appointment. for my plumbing and electrical needs it will be Siskiyou Plumbing and Electric every time!
