I have my septic tank pumped about every 5 to 6 years and have always had exceptional service with Siskiyou Sanitary. Best thing you can do for yourself and this service is get RISER INSERTS and install them where your tank is pumped. No need to dig 2 to 3 or more feet to reach the opening to get your tank pumped!!! Or try to remember where your tank is!!!

Arrived when he said he would, found my septic tank in a matter of minutes and had it dug out and pumped out in a jiffy! I wasn't even sure where the tank was located and he found the lid like magic! Even helped by setting up a marker so we know where it is for the future. Great experience in an area where good help is hard to find!

After reading the first review, I was worried about having left my call back info, but the owner of Siskiyou Sanitary just returned my call, and he is not only legit, but a very nice man. Probably what happened to the first reviewer was the spammers that called him using Siskiyou Sanitary's phone number were robocalling behind various local numbers. But, like I said, this is a legitimate business and the owner was very nice, taking the time to answer my questions. The author of the first review really should remove it, as it's unfairly hurting a very good family-owned business that's been around for decades.
