We scheduled in-person shopping dates for the days I was in town and other things were chosen online.

They kept me in the loop the entire time with updates, photos and quick answers to everything. Their communication was absolutely top notch.
And then I came back and it was just... done. That is probably the biggest compliment I can give them. The whole thing took up way less mental energy than I thought it would and the place feels really good now. Very very glad I did not keep putting it off.
