Westco Rooter
“This is the second time using Westco Rooter for some plumbing issues at my home, and couldn't be more impressed with their service AGAIN. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Luis arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly assessed the problem (even gave a courtesy call, which gave time to secure our dogs). They explained the issue clearly and outlined the options available to fix it and a fair quote. Throughout the process, Luis was courteous and respectful of my home, ensuring minimal disruption.
What really stood out to me was their commitment to great customer service. Luis patiently answered all my questions and ensured I understood the work being done. The quality of their workmanship was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving.
I would highly recommend Westco Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their expertise, reliability, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Thank you again, Garry and team!”
