I found them on Yelp and David contacted me afterhours and scheduled an appointment. I later had to reschedule and he was very responsive with no issues. He was friendly and understanding. They provide free estimates and the tech Servin that came for the inspection was very friendly. I cannot comment on their services, but their customer service made a good enough impression for me to rate them highly.“

“Custom sized wool rug in high traffic area had three generations of bulldogs on it and one absolutely gigantic dog urine stain. 15 years of home cleanings did more damage than help to the rug but Kash and company saved the day.Their 10 step process returned the color and spring to the rug. They also told me about the benefits of their upgraded rug pad, which helps to combat the compression of the carpet.All in all, this place is great. They pick rugs up if you don't have a vehicle that allows you to drop them off. Beyond cleaning rugs, their ability to repair and resize rugs is somewhat baffling. The intricacies of repairing fine weaving isn't quite comprehendible to me, but they have the ability to repair in house.Kash initially told me about clients that send their rugs from all over to world for cleaning. That sort of shows the artistry in what they do. You'd think someone local would be able to clean items, but that isn't the case in Washington State or parts of Europe.When people tell you they can do something or they are good at what they do, you'll find out in short order. “Great experience with Geo. I was going to have him do 2 jobs: fix a bathroom faucet and replace a ceiling fan that I thought was not working properly. He arrived on time and fixed the faucet quickly, then discovered what the problem was with the fan, so it didn't need replacing after all. He could've tricked me and given me a bunch of BS but he didn't. He was honest and charged me a fair price. Very pleasant to work with. I recommend him!“

“We called Go Eco Restoration after having water dripping through the light fixture in our laundry room. After a plumber came and did his assessment, it was determined we needed to file a claim with our insurance and get help from a restoration company. We talked to Jason and he agreed they would come out that next morning. Sam showed up the next day on time and eager to help! Go Eco Restoration was very helpful and reassuring through the entire process. They determined that we would have to remove the ceiling and wall of our laundry room, as well as the cabinets and the wall in our garage. Their crew was very efficient and professional, as they came and boxed everything up and proceeded with the demo. They found the source of the water, a busted copper main line. They had to also tear out the bathroom vanity in my children's bathroom upstairs. They left fans and blowers to dry out the area for a few days. Jason and Sam were so helpful in dealing with the insurance company. They made themselves available through the whole process and even connected me with a contractor to rebuild. I am so appreciative and grateful for their quick response and professional work. I would highly recommend them and will refer them to anyone who needs their services!! “This company is a God sent! We are a small and magical rescue farm that got heavily flooded during Hilary. We were helpless. Our home and garage were flooded and our animals habitats and barns were under heavy threat. We yelped restoration companies around us and called Green Planet. As soon as the dispatcher answered my call I knew I was in good hands. They took our emergency very seriously, we're extremely concerned for our animals and sent service technicians with heavy professional equipment immediately. They took care of pumping water, drying habitats and stalls and attended to the house. Room by room was packed and dried. They even left pumping and drying equipment for us over night as we anticipated more rain. The price was reasonable and affordable. It was a horrible situation turned positive and dry with the help of these angels. Highly recommended.“
