SERVPRO of Agoura / Calabasas / Hidden Hills
“I filed a water damage claim through my insurance, and Servpro was the company that helped us from the very beginning. From day one, Marat (the owner) and his lead crew, Jose and Carlos, were outstanding.
They were always polite, respectful, and easy to work with. The entire team was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable at what they do. At first, I was hesitant when my insurance company asked if I wanted to use their full-service restoration company, but I’m truly glad I did.
Servpro exceeded my expectations. Their work quality, kindness, and transparency stood out the most. They kept us informed every step of the way and consistently provided updates, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful situation. Marat was hands-on throughout the entire process and went above and beyond what was asked or required to make sure everything was done right.
I’m very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Servpro to anyone dealing with water damage or home restoration needs.”
