“Steamatic was recommended to me by my insurance company when we had a slab leak. After working in the remediation business, I am always a little wary of what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with their work.<br><br>Tony and his team took care of the cleanup and removal of the floor, drywall, and cabinets. He was professional and great at communicating what he was doing and when they would be coming to my house. They did an awesome job of clearing out the wet materials and getting it dried up.<br><br>Derrick was in charge of the reconstruction. He was easy to work with, helpful, and communicated with us every step of the way. He sent Alex to do the flooring and the cabinets. Alex did a fantastic job. My kitchen and flooring look amazing.<br><br>Andres and his team did the pack out and pack back. Andres was professional and made sure to handle our contents with great care. During the pack back, they made sure everything was where we wanted and cleaned up all of the packing materials. Andres even cleaned up the leftover construction dust and made sure everything was clean.<br><br>Every person that came to our house was polite and professional. They were careful and made sure to check in with me every step of the way. The office staff was also professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Steamtic for your restoration needs.”
