“I came to Dr. Diba at Proactive Chiropractic & Sports Medicine dealing with lower right back pain and serious stiffness in my back and shoulders — a lot of it built up from surfing. After just our first session, I felt immediate relief. It was honestly remarkable.

What stood out was how thorough Dr. Diba was in identifying the root cause. He recognized that my body had been compensating for a very long time — likely well before my ACL surgery, and the issue only got worse through that recovery. He was able to realign my back and correct my alignment so that my legs and hips are finally even. I didn't realize how far off things had gotten until they were right again.
