“Sofia Sofia!! She is heaven sent! I normally go to Dubunne in Torrance for massages. However I gave Elite a try based on the reviews. I’m so glad that I did. She asked my problem areas but when I tell you she knew what spots to truly work on in the areas. She hit the spot each time. It hurt so good lol. I fell so relaxed. She help to get circulation back in those areas and now I’m not all stiff. Ambience wise it can use a little work. Honestly I’m not worried about that to much. The customer service and Sofia true knowledge of the body was wonderful. My honey and I will be returning. He also enjoyed his massage as well. Thank you Sofia!“

She asked me questions before we got started so she knew what I needed and really focused in on that. She really made it a great experience explaining what she was doing and how it benefited me. It was a mix of aromatherapy, Swedish and lymphatic massage. It was so relaxing I never wanted it to end. I am definitely coming back to see her again. I want to make this my new monthly ritual.“

“Lysa Quealy was our doula for both of our daughters. She is an incredibly kind and compassionate person who clearly loves her job. With her support and the information given to us by Lysa at our prenatal visits we were successful in having unmedicated births. An introduction into hypnobabies by her was a big part of it. With my first daughter I had a 53 hour labor. Lysa was there by our side supporting us for a full day and a half, all the way until the very end. Both my husband and I felt she was a great support throughout the labor, guiding and reassuring us. Her rapport with the hospital staff was also helpful. She recently helped us with the birth of our second daughter. She gave us information and resources to look into a home birth. She gave us contacts to the midwife who helped us give birth at home, and a Lactation doula who helped with some breastfeeding concerns I had. Our home birth for our second daughter was a success and just as special and magical as Lysa suggested it could be. And although the labor went much quicker the second time around, Lysa came as quickly as possible. Once again, her loving presence helped reassure us as things progressed quickly. I would highly recommend Lysa to anyone who is considering to hire a doula. She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, caring and someone who, without a doubt, loves her job. Lysa is someone I can now call a friend that I turn to for love and support for the rest of my life. I am forever grateful.“
