A special thank you to Damaris, the manager at Now Massage South Bay. I was a member for almost 3 years, but after an injury earlier this year I couldn't come in for a while and didn't realize my credits had an expiration date. When I called, Damaris was incredibly kind and extended my credits. My usual therapist wasn't available, so she also took the time to help me find a new one who fit what I needed.

Good customer service is hard to find these days, and having someone help you so warmly makes a real difference on an already stressful day. Thank you, Damaris!

I’ve been going to The Now for years and this was by far the best massage I’ve ever received and all thanks to Darnette. She was detailed and intuitive with her hands where it didn’t feel like the standard choreography. It was specific to my body’s needs while she also checked in on the pressure and how I was feeling throughout. She’s kind, thoughtful and a true healer. I’m grateful to her!!
