Ron was great. Professional, personable, skilled and knowledgeable in performing massages. He was very helpful in answering a few questions i asked regarding aches and pains I have been experiencing.
I have tried multiple massage therapists and Alma clearly stands out from the rest. Her years of experience, bedside manner and skills are evident in the service she provides from beginning to end of session. She is an excellent communicator and listens attentively to meet your needs. She is a valuable member of your team.
The scheduling has improved. They've made updates. I continue to receive service at this location.I've been a customer since 2011. Good service. It's just hard to get appointments now. I wish there was one in Culver City or in the vicinity to accommodate.
