Only giving an extra star because my dr primary is the best but the front office staff lord have mercy, you will get it all their constantly on their periods. They are so so rude over the phone and in person, I called for 3 days different time to change and appointment they either pick up and put you on hold no regards wait for 15 min they hang up the phone, I got a girl picked up and ask me my name and the 2 minutes later ask me my name again paused asked me my name a 3rd time by the 3rd time I was like can "you hear me well"? I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. I came here on December 27th to get tested for Covid. Unfortunately, I was exposed the week before. I felt fine but I thought I should get tested just to be sure. The guy swabbed my nose and said they will call me in a day or two. I waited and waited! I called the next day. The assistant said someone will call me I just had to wait. She was very nice so she's excluded from this bad review. No one called! I called the next day and I was told the same thing. I called the next day. They were closed . I decided to go somewhere else and get re tested. I came out negative! Yay! Anyway they NEVER CALLED ME AND TOLD ME MY RESULTS. It's been two weeks!! I will never go there again...read full review
