I had nightmare tenants rent out the 2nd/3rd bedrooms in my home and they allowed their dog to pee wherever it wanted on the laminate flooring; it caused the urine to seep in between the individual boards so no amount of mopping would get rid of the odor. Also, they allowed their cat to spray all over both bedrooms carpet flooring and closet; let’s just say the smell was unbearable not to mention the horrible staining on the carpet. They were one of the companies recommended. Our technician Hayden arrived on time. He measured and gave us the price. We felt it was a fair price and he immediately started vacuuming the areas.
