“Titan Leard and his team performed exceptionally when they reframed our attached home. I am the owner of and have been directly involved in the major remodel and addition on our home. It is a 56-year-old, attached townhome that never got as much attention as it needed from prior owners. There was a significant amount of dry rot and termite damage throughout the wooden framing, siding, cathedral ceiling, and trim. And, as part of one of the first housing projects in Irvine, now a thriving city, it was built on a low budget.

Titan brought with him almost 40 years of experience in framing and municipal inspection and a team of hard-working, motivated and smart people. Now at the end of the job, their work has paid off. We have a new, modern frame that fulfills our architect’s plans and meets California’s current high standards for residential construction. It all came together in just a few weeks.
