Raul came out to assess my pool pump electrical power issue and discovered a few things which he described and showed me about my old pool. He called me later with a reasonable estimate, so I had him rewire the connection. He and his assistant did a very neat and professional job - I was very impressed!

Raul and his assistant, Kayra, from Photonics Electric & IT Services, did an excellent job installing a new EV charging setup for my detached garage. Raul was very responsive from the beginning, answered all of my questions promptly, and provided a very competitive quote.

The scope included trenching, removing the old overhead garage wiring, installing a new garage subpanel, and configuring a Tesla Universal Wall Connector on a 60A circuit to support 48-amp charging. They arrived on time the morning of the work, worked efficiently, and kept disruptions to a minimum.

I reached out to Raul from Photonics Electric & IT Services for a quote to upgrade my electrical panel to a 200-amp solar-ready setup with an EV charger through the EV Home Ready Charge program. From the start, Raul was on time, professional, and easy to talk to.

He walked me through the process, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions about permits, meter spots, and SCE approvals. Even after the visit, he stayed responsive and helped clarify things while I was coordinating with SCE.
