Very courteous and professional staff. Modern technology used in eye exam and very thorough explanation and summary of examination results. Dr. Funnell has a good people skills as well as professional skills. I am very comfortable in recommending this practice.
I was seen by the younger dr. Funnell. He spent a good amount of his time to give me the exam. He also answered all my concerns in details. He even told me that since my prescription has just a small changes, the new glass won't really make a difference. I can either get it or wait. So that was a first... my old OD had always tried to get me to get a new glasses by talking me into it. Then I had to spend $500-600 just to get a new glasses that didn't really make a difference. I really like Dr Collin Funnell. He is professional and friendly.
Dr Funnell found a potential problem and took extra time to evaluate my situation. He referred me to an Ophthalmologist and indeed I do need preventative surgery. Thanks Doctor Funnell!
