The team arrived right on time, and Chase gave us a courtesy call about 15 minutes before arrival, which we really appreciated. The whole job was finished as scheduled, and communication stayed clear and professional from start to finish. Everyone was polite, respectful, and careful in our home, wearing masks and using shoe covers. Our carpet looks amazing now. It is older, heavily used beige carpet with pet traffic and many deep stains, and they made it look almost brand new. They were able to lift several tough spots that we did not expect to come out, especially after another carpet cleaning service could not remove them. The pricing was very fair for the quality of the work, and the extra care they took with stain treatment and overall service really stood out.
