“Charlie and Sharon helped us realize our dream room on-time and in-budget. Our scope changed so did the time and budget but it was all for the better. We now have a custom office/den where we once had a very dated and low-functioning room with a desk. Charlie made multiple site visits to measure and understand every detail of what we wanted. He even became more enthusiastic and supportive of our vision the more complex it got. He didn't take shortcuts and went above and beyond on the finishes because he liked our ideas. It's rare to find a craftsman with such passion and talent. Sharon was very helpful with paint color selections and project management. The quality of their work is unbelievably high and all for just a bit more than the quote we received from a pre-fab closet company. Charlie was a turnkey professional coordinating all of the mill work, demo, electrical, and painting. He saved us so much time and headache all while delivering a quality job. Thanks to everyone who worked on our den/office, we use it all the time!“

“I highly recommend L.A. Dwelling! Their design expertise and creative ideas were so valuable in the process of designing and remodeling our kitchen. I specifically worked with Alison and Anna, and they were both cheerful, easy to work with, and provided great advice and pro tips that made our kitchen plan so much better than we originally thought. They helped us brainstorm, got a sense of our style preferences, and proposed great designs. One highlight was the creative idea of moving our laundry machines (which were located in the corner of our kitchen) into our back porch area. This allowed us to have more counter space and cabinetry in the kitchen, and a designated laundry room by closing off the back porch area. It was a brilliant idea, and we are so pleased with the result. They also had the idea of building a shelf for the kitchen that matched the wood work in the other parts of our Craftsman-style home. This was such a nice touch that tied in the kitchen design beautifully with the style accents of the rest of our home. They were patient with us in the many versions of the design, until we got it just right. They were able to point us to resources of where to look for specific items we wanted (like cabinet hardware, tiling, range hood) to match the interior of our Craftsman home. They were also very resourceful and helped us find creative solutions to stay within our budget range. Their know-how and calm, pleasant personalities eased my mind as we were going through this project. Our kitchen turned out beautiful and we are enjoying it so much!“
