I specifically worked with Alison and Anna, and they were both cheerful, easy to work with, and provided great advice and pro tips that made our kitchen plan so much better than we originally thought. They helped us brainstorm, got a sense of our style preferences, and proposed great designs. One highlight was the creative idea of moving our laundry machines (which were located in the corner of our kitchen) into our back porch area. This allowed us to have more counter space and cabinetry in the kitchen, and a designated laundry room by closing off the back porch area. It was a brilliant idea, and we are so pleased with the result. They also had the idea of building a shelf for the kitchen that matched the wood work in the other parts of our Craftsman-style home. This was such a nice touch that tied in the kitchen design beautifully with the style accents of the rest of our home. They were patient with us in the many versions of the design, until we got it just right. They were able to point us to resources of where to look for specific items we wanted (like cabinet hardware, tiling, range hood) to match the interior of our Craftsman home. They were also very resourceful and helped us find creative solutions to stay within our budget range.
