Wonderful Gym, so many things to do there and not enough time to try them all. Staff are wonderful and friendly every time I walk into the Gym and leave the Gym. It is a nice and reassuring feeling. There is plenty of things to do there and plenty of Cardio machines which is great for my needs. Very recommended Gym.

I just wanted to recognize the new assistant manager at the Browns Valley InShape (Alexis); there is a lot to say and a lot of feedback to give to this fitness facility. I have been a member for more than 10 years and notice the lack of maintenance that has been provided. I have noticed positive changes in the club since she has been present.Keep up the good work. Alexis
